We have the skills to get involved with any size of biomass boiler from 12Kw to 8Mw, and any make of boiler, including over 15 years experience of Austrian and Scandinavian brands.

We are HETAS registered for MCS 040 servicing standards
Component Repairs
Our engineering expertise allows us to consider cost-effective component repairs as an alternative to replacing units. For example, we are able to either fit new bearings to a motor, repair electronic control units, or fit a new heater element to an igniter, which comes at a fraction of the cost of a new unit.

We have a reputation for being able to resolve persistent, long-standing problems and provide solutions for issues that have not been readily resolved by others!
Maintenance in accordance with MCS 040 for RHI payments
Maintenance in accordance with MCS040 is now required on an annual basis as a minimum for recipients of RHI payments.
Servicing your Pellet Stove
We offer expert advice and maintenance for Haas + Sohn Pellet Stoves.
- Haas + Sohn Pellet Stoves are fully automated and require little maintenance.
- Ash is easily removed and components easily cleaned by owners.
- Any faults are identified within the automated system and advice and solutions can be given.
- Earlswood Services partner with Haas + Sohn Ltd for easy supply of parts and provide ongoing maintenance.
Service Contracts
- Earlswood Services Ltd provide annual fixed price PPM contracts, and hourly rates for additional works, in accordance with MCS 040 requirements, for boilers in receipt of RHI payments.
- For boilers and heating systems not in receipt of RHI payments Earlswood Services offer both fixed price contracts and pay as you go options for servicing and repairs.
- Fixed price contracts can include optional ongoing telephone and dial-in support.
Many of the biomass boilers we install can be connected to the Internet, allowing you to remotely monitor and adjust your system. In this way, you can also provide us with access to monitor and advise, which can decrease your maintenance costs and increase your peace of mind.

It is important to carry out regular servicing according to manufacturer’s recommendations which Earlswood Services Ltd is qualified to perform.
In addition, the longstanding experience of Earlswood Services staff equips them to provide expert advice and maintenance of any boiler.
